Cement Blocks (PPAC #21)

This large square elipsis-like sculpture is titled “Untitled (for Leo Castelli)” by Donald Judd. Yes, that’s me sitting inside one of the squares. Maybe I was trying to cool off that day.

In doing some research, there’s no explanation to his art. But if you explore the rest of his works, it’s very minimalist.

Side note: I just launched an off-shoot blog called Lana at the Library where we share books Lana picks at the library. I thought it would be a fun little project!
